Board of County Commissioners <br />Meeting Minutes - Final June 4, 2019 <br />Attachments: Staff Report <br />Work Order No. 7 <br />Approved staff's recommendation <br />8.L. 19-0461 Award of Bid 2019047 - Annual Bid for Lift Station Rehabilitation <br />Recommended Action: <br />Staff recommends the Board award Bid 2019047 to Hinterland Group, Inc. Staff <br />also recommends the Board approve the sample agreement and authorize the <br />Chairman to execute it after the County Attorney has approved it as to form and <br />legal sufficiency, and after receipt and approval of the required insurance and proof <br />of Hinterland's registration with the Building Division. Finally, Staff recommends <br />the Board authorize the Purchasing Manager to execute the extension to the <br />agreement, based on vendor acceptance, recommendation by the Utility Director <br />that extension is in the best interest of the County, and approval of the extension <br />document by the County Attorney as to form and legal sufficiency. <br />Attachments: Staff Report <br />Sample Agreement <br />Approved staffs recommendation <br />8.M. 19-0467 Reclaimed Waterline Corrosion Evaluation - Bowman Work Order No. 2 <br />Recommended Action: <br />Staff recommends approval of Work Order No. 2 authorizing the mentioned <br />professional services and requests the Board of County Commissioners to authorize <br />the Chairman to execute Work Order No. 2 on their behalf, for a total sum amount <br />of $84,865.00, to Bowman Consulting Group <br />Attachments: Staff Report <br />Work Order No 2 and supporting documents <br />Approved staffs recommendation <br />8.N. 19-0440 Award of Bid 2019048 - Annual Bid for Utility Operations Warehouse Stock <br />Recommended Action: <br />Staff recommends the Board award Bid 2019048 to Core & Main LP. Staff also <br />recommends the Board authorize the Purchasing Division to issue blanket purchase <br />orders to the awarded bidder, and authorize the Purchasing Manager to renew this <br />bid for two (2) additional one (1) year periods subject to satisfactory performance, <br />vendor acceptance, and the determination that renewal of this annual bid is in the <br />best interest of Indian River County. <br />Indian River County Florida <br />Page 6 <br />
