<br />This Quitclaim Deed, made this 22nd day of August, 2019, between John A. Jackson, Jr., a single person,

<br />subdivision of the State of Florida, whose address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960, Grantee.
<br />(Wherever used herein the terms "Grantor" and "Grantee" include all the parties to this instrument and the heirs, legal
<br />representatives and assigns of individuals, and the successors and assigns of corporations)

<br />Township 32 South, Range 39 East, according to the last general Plat of lands of the Indian River Farms
<br />Company, filed in the Office of the Circuit Court of St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 2, Page 25,
<br />said lands now lying and being in Indian River County, Florida.
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same together with all and singular the appurtenances thereunto belonging or in
<br />anywise appertaining, and all the estate, right, title, interest, lien, equity and claim whatsoever of Grantor, either in
