<br />THIS WARRANTY DEED, made the -2, day of October, 2019, by Eugene M. Eichelberger, an unmarried man,
<br />whose post office address is 6700 65th Street, Vero Beach, FL 32967, herein called the Grantor, to Indian River
<br />County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose post office address is 180127th Street, Vero Beach,
<br />FL 32960, hereinafter called the Grantee:

<br />representatives and assigns qf individuals, and the successors and assigns 9f corporations)
<br />W I T N E S S E T H: That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of Ten and 00/100 ($10.00) and other
<br />valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises,
<br />releases, conveys and confirms unto the Grantee all that certain land situate in INDIAN RIVER County, State of

<br />The West 8.99 acres of Tract 8, Section 7, Township 32 South, Range 39 East, according to the last
<br />geueral Plat of lands of the Indian River Farms Company, filed in the office of the Clerk of the Circuit
<br />Court. of St. Lucie County, Florida, in Plat Book 2, Page 25, said land now lying and being in Indian
<br />River County, Florida, LESS however the North 653 feet thereof.
<br />Subject to easements, restrictions and reservations of record and taxes for the year 2019 and thereafter.
<br />TOGETHER, with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise appertaining
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
<br />AND, the Grantor hereby covenants with said Grantee that the Grantor is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple;
<br />that the Grantor has good right and lawful authority to sell and convey said land, and hereby warrants the title to said
<br />land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever; and that said land is free of all
<br />encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent to December 31, 2018.
