I <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDMEMERGENCY ITEMS <br />Chairman Macht requested the addition of a resolution amending <br />Resolution 95-11 in order to add a City of Vero Beach <br />representative to the Courthouse Ad Hoc Committee. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously added <br />the above item to the Agenda. <br />Later in the meeting, Administrator Chandler recommended the <br />Board hear from Tax Collector Karl Zimmermann concerning office <br />space. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously added <br />the above item to the Agenda. <br />COURTHOUSE REGULATIONS <br />The Board reviewed a Memorandum of January 23, 1995: <br />To: Board of County Commissioners <br />FROM: Kenneth R. Macht, Chairman 9** <br />DATE: January 23, 1995 <br />RE: Courthouse Regulations <br />On January 19, 1995, the Courthouse Advisory Committee approved the <br />attached rule for protection of the air in the new County courthouse. <br />If approved by the Board of County Commissioners this rule would go into <br />effect immediately and, it is hoped, would help to prevent "sick <br />building syndrome."
