The project is projected to
be completed within 90 days following the notice to proceed which will be issued upon contract
execution.
FUNDING:
Under the Federal Emergency Management Agency's (FEMA) Public Assistance Program, the
County applied for and received a subgrant obligation of $87,310.13 for the Jones Pier Residences
Repair Project. The $7,135.87 difference will be funded with excess Jones Pier Project funds if
available. In the event there is no available funding, a budget amendment will become necessary to
cover the $7,135.87 shortfall.
RECOMMENDATION:
79
