License fee and display. <br />The license fee for conducting business as a tran- <br />sient merchant shall be the sum of fifteen dollars <br />($15.00) per year payable in advance. The license <br />shall be displayed in a prominent place at the <br />location where the merchandise is sold. <br />(Ord. No. 91-49, § 1, 12-10-91) <br />Section 207.104. Prohibited acts. <br />1. It shall be unlawful for any transient mer. <br />chant to conduct business along public or private <br />streets or from vaunt lots except as specified on <br />the license required by this article. <br />2. It shall be unlawful for any person or busi- <br />ness entity to engage in the business of a tran- <br />sient merchant along, in front of or on any prop• <br />erty that does not carry a commercial, industrial <br />or agricultural zoning classification under the <br />zoning code of Indian River County. <br />(Ord. Enforcement. <br />The sheriff of Indian River County shall cause <br />sufficient inspection to occur to ensure compli- <br />ance with the provisions of this article.
