The question is: What is that something else? Do <br />we want it to be a flyover or something else. <br />COMMISSIONER ZORC: Correct. <br />ATTORNEY REINGOLD: No. Martin County's <br />indicated they'd like a pedestrian pass -- crossover but <br />it's clearly not in the realm of something like this type <br />of project... so that's one concept on the table. <br />Another concept on the table is, and we've <br />consistently pushed back on Brightline, is station hasn't <br />been our issue, it hasn't been part of our negotiation <br />strategy, and so one of the issues obviously you've seen <br />recently is Stuart and Fort Pierce have been kind of <br />drumming up some interest in that. <br />One of the things I think Martin County was <br />pushing for recently was: If there's a stop in the <br />Treasure Coast it either needs to be in Indian River <br />County or Martin County and so I wanted to hear from you <br />as a board in terms of a potential settlement agreement. <br />VERO BEACH COURT REPORTERS <br />772-231-2231 <br />12 <br />
