The Board of <br />County Commissioners hereby commence a private pending <br />litigation meeting with counsel to discuss the following <br />pending case: Martin County et al. v. U.S. Department of <br />Transportation, et al. pending in the United States <br />District Court for the District of Columbia, Case No. <br />1:18-cv-00333-CRC. <br />The subject matter of this meeting is confined <br />by statute to settlement negotiations or strategy related <br />to litigation expenditures. In this case, all statements <br />made at this meeting are confidential and privilege. They <br />are being recorded by a court reporter. The court <br />reporter's notes will be fully transcribed and filed with <br />the Clerk within a reasonable amount of time after the <br />conclusion of this meeting. The transcript of this <br />meeting will be a part of the public records upon the <br />conclusion of this litigation. <br />And present are all five county commissioners, <br />the County Administrator Jason Brown, and the County <br />Attorney Dylan Reingold.
