In Collier County, RCMA has a longstanding contractual relationship with the
State of Florida, Office of Early Learning Child Care Executive Partnership program. We successfully requested
permission to expand that program to include Indian River in 17-18. This program is designed to help families
earning between 150% to 200% of poverty to receive child-care subsidies to help them pay for high-quality child
care. This means a family of four earning from $32,403-$48,600 qualifies. Local funds are matched $1 for $1 by
the state.
