Task Three: Response Capabilities <br />Throughout the period of this Agreement, the Recipient must maintain current county emergency <br />management and other contacts through the Division's SharePoint portal including County Director and <br />Alternate contacts, State Mutual Aid Agreement contacts, and many more; <br />The Recipient must maintain SharePoint site identification data including location and attribute <br />information for fire rescue, law enforcement, public safety, and emergency service stations; <br />The Recipient must maintain WebEOC site identification location and attribute information of all pre- <br />identified County Staging Areas (CSAs) and Points of Distribution (PODs), and; <br />The Recipient must upload hurricane shelter retrofit information in the Division's SharePoint portal in <br />accordance with Florida's statewide hurricane shelter space deficit elimination program. <br />Task Four — Recovery. Capabilities <br />Throughout the period of this Agreement, the Recipient must maintain potential Disaster Recovery Center <br />(DRC) locations and provide basic information in WebEOC which identifies physical location, contact <br />persons, site characteristics, interior, office characteristics, phone service, and sketches. <br />65 <br />
