Request to Speak from Doug Bournique <br />(Clerk's Note: This item was added to the agenda.) <br />Doug Bournique, 1145 Pegasus Place, spoke on the anticipated tourism at the <br />Fellsmere Water Management Area, and requested a letter of support from the Board <br />to be sent to Dr. Ann Shortell, Executive Director, St. John's River Water <br />Management District, for the Boat Ramp Project. <br />It was the consensus of the Board that the Chairman would execute a letter of support <br />to Dr. Ann Shortell. <br />Presented <br />C. Public Notice of Scheduled Executive Session: Indian River County Sheriff Deryl <br />Loar has scheduled an Executive Session with the Board of County <br />Commissioners on May 28, 2019, at 9:30 a.m., about the Indian River County <br />Sheriffs IUPA Collective Bargaining Agreement.
