RESOLUTION NO. 2019- 091 <br /> A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY,FLORIDA,RELEASING PORTIONS <br /> OF CONSERVATION EASEMENTS ON LOTS 1,2,AND 5 OF WINDSOR PLAT 9 PD <br /> SUBDIVISION (OF BLOCK 28) <br /> WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in conservation easements on Lots 1, 2 and 5 of <br /> Windsor Plat 9 PD Subdivision; and <br /> WHEREAS, Windsor Properties, owner of Lots I and 2 and representing property owner, Sally A. <br /> Murphy, of Lot 5, has made application to Indian River County requesting that the County partially <br /> release the easements; and <br /> WHEREAS,the retention of portions of the easements, as described below, serves no public purpose; <br /> NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br /> County, Florida that: <br /> INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest <br /> that it may have in the following described easement portions: <br /> SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT A <br /> This resolution is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, <br /> whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. <br /> THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Flescher , seconded by <br /> Commissioner Adams , and adopted on the 8th day of October , 2019, <br /> by the following vote: <br /> Chairman Bob Solari AYE <br /> Vice-Chairman Susan Adams AYE <br /> Commissioner Joseph E.
