3120190071327 <br />RECORDED IN THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF <br />JEFFREY R SMITH, CLERK OF COURT <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY FL <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2019 - 101 BK: 3260 PG: 223 Page 1 of 4 12/62019 4:14 PM <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING <br />CERTAIN EASEMENTS ON LOTS 10 AND 11, BLOCK A, OSLO PARK <br />SUBDIVISION <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in certain side yard drainage and utility easements on <br />Lots 10 and 11 of Block A, Oslo Park Subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, Gary M. and Toni P. Dillon, the owners of the property, have made application to Indian <br />River County requesting that the County release the easements; and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of the easements, as described below, serves no public purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida that: <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest <br />that it may have in the following described easements: <br />The east two and one-half (2.5) foot side lot line drainage and utility easement on Lot 10 and the west two <br />and one-half (2.5) foot side lot line drainage & utility easement on Lot 11, less and except any portion of the south <br />five (5) foot drainage & utility easement on Lots 10 & Lot 11, Block A, Oslo Park Subdivision, according to the plat <br />thereof, as recorded in Plat Book 3, Page 96 of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />This release of easements is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the State of <br />Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner Joseph Flescher, seconded by <br />Commissioner Tim Zorc , and adopted on the 19th day of November, 2019, by the following <br />vote: <br />Commissioner Susan Adams AYE <br />Commissioner Joseph E.
