CAIN <br />AND STAFFED CAPIT C INEER <br />BY: DEPARTMENT O UTILITY SERVICES <br />SUBJECT: INDIAN RIVER FARMS R/W LEASE AGREEMENT RENEWAL <br />BACKGROUND <br />As a result of County Utilities installations within Indian River <br />Farms' right-of-way, the County must sign a lease and agreement on <br />an annual basis. (See attached Indian River Farms' Lease <br />Agreements) <br />RECOMMENDATION <br />The staff of the Department of Utility Services recommends <br />execution of the attached lease agreements as presented. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously approved <br />the Permit and Interlocal Agreement with Indian <br />River Farms Water Control District and authorized <br />the Chairman to execute the same, as recommended by <br />staff. <br />AGREEMENT IS ON FILE IN THE OFFICE OF THE CLERK TO THE BOARD <br />ORDINANCE OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY FLORIDA CODIFYING <br />THE ORDINANCES OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY FLORIDA <br />The hour of 9:05 A.M. having passed, the County Attorney <br />announced that this public hearing has been properly advertised as <br />follows: <br />FEBRUARY 14, 1995 6 <br />� s <br />
