February 14, 1995 <br />A <br />The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, <br />Florida, met in Regular Session at the County Commission Chambers, <br />1840 25th Street, Vero Beach, Florida, on Tuesday, February 14, <br />1995, at 9:00 a.m. Present were Kenneth R. Macht, Chairman; Fran <br />B. Adams, Vice Chairman; John W. Tippin; Richard N. Bird; and <br />Carolyn K. Eggert. Also present were James E. Chandler, County <br />Administrator; Charles P. Vitunac, County Attorney; and P. J. <br />Jones, Deputy Clerk. <br />Chairman Macht called the meeting to order, and Commissioner <br />Eggert led the Pledge of Allegiance to the Flag. <br />ADDITIONS TO THE AGENDA <br />Commissioner Eggert requested the addition of Item 13-D, <br />discussion of the Transportation Disadvantaged Program regarding a <br />possible Medicaid legislative problem. <br />Chairman Macht requested the addition of Item 13-A, discussion <br />regarding 1995 County Legislative Day on April 12, 1995, in <br />Tallahassee, Florida. <br />County Attorney Vitunac requested the addition of Item 9-B, <br />discussion of the proposed Stipulations in the Moorings Square <br />Association lawsuits. <br />Administrator Chandler requested that Item 14-B-4 be deleted <br />as staff has determined that this matter can be handled in-house. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously made the <br />above changes to the Agenda. <br />Boa 9, 4 �A� <br />FEBRUARY 14, 1995 1 <br />
