Board of County Commissioners <br />Meeting Minutes - Final July 17, 2019 <br />• Optional One -Cent Sales Tax - $31,560,215, a decrease of ($12,190,295) <br />The Chairman opened the floor for public comments; there were none. <br />19-0667 <br />Attachments: Debt Service -Capital Projects <br />The Chairman called for a recess at 11:01 a.m., and noted that the meeting would <br />reconvene at 1:30 p.m. with the Solid Waste Disposal District. <br />AGGREGATE MILLAGE <br />AGGREGATE MILLAGE RATE IS 6.1192 <br />19-0668 <br />Attachments: Aggregate Millage <br />County Administrator Jason Brown stated the proposed Aggregate Millage <br />Rate was 6.1192, a rolled back difference of 0.4260. <br />RECAP - TOTAL PROPOSED BUDGET AND PROPOSED MILLAGE RATES <br />Jason E. Brown, County Administrator <br />19-0669 <br />Attachments: Total proposed Budget and Millage Rates <br />Administrator Brown requested a motion to Adopt Proposed Millage Rates. <br />Chairman Solari responded there were no proposed changes that would impact the <br />millage rates budget, and it was proper to have a motion to adopt the proposed <br />millage rates. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Flescher, seconded by Commissioner O'Bryan, <br />to approve the proposed General Fund Millage Rate of 3.5475 for Fiscal Year <br />2019/2020.
