Crawford <br />Issue 1: Should the Commission approve PRECO's request to establish temporary tariffs <br />for customers previously served by DEF? <br />Recommendation: Yes, PRECO's temporary tariffs as shown in. Attachment A of <br />staff's memorandum dated July 25, 2019, should be approved. The proposed temporary <br />tariffs are designed to help transition customers and are not unduly discriminatory under <br />Rule 29-9.053(1)(d), F.A.C. At the end of the 3 -year transition period (August 1, 2022) <br />PRECO should withdraw the temporary tariffs. <br />Issue 2: Should this docket be closed? <br />Recommendation: If no protest is filed by a person whose substantial interests are <br />affected within 21 days of the issuance of the Order, this docket should be closed upon <br />the issuance of a Consummating Order. <br />- 14 - <br />
