RESOLUTION NO. 2019- 105 <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br /> COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br /> FLORIDA, that: <br /> Any and all liens for taxes delinquent or current against the following <br /> described lands, which were purchased by the City of Fellsmere from Marjorie <br /> Hale Gornell nka Marjorie Lisette Hale, for use by the municipality for stormwater <br /> retention, are hereby cancelled pursuant to the authority of section 196.28, F.S. <br /> See Warranty Deed describing lands, recorded in <br /> Book 3243 at Page 1627, Public Records of Indian <br /> River County, Florida. <br /> The resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Flescher, and <br /> the motion was seconded by Commissioner zorc , and, upon being put to <br /> a vote, the vote was as follows: <br /> Chairman Susan Adams AYE <br /> Vice Chairman Joseph E.
