I will note that Mr. Smith, who <br />represents Mr. Maib, and I have gone back and forth <br />about that and it is not certain that that will be part <br />of this settlement. <br />So seeing as this is a $4.8 million is the <br />proposal to settle and it does not definitively settle <br />all matters, County Attorney's office does not <br />recommend that the board of county commissioners accept <br />the settlement proposal.
