20. Public Record <br />This Agreement is subject to and governed by the laws of the State of Florida, including <br />without limitation Chapter 119, Florida Statutes, which generally makes public all <br />records or other writings made or received by the Parties. The Parties acknowledge <br />their legal obligation to comply with Section 119.0701, Florida Statutes. The Parties <br />further agree not to disclose public records that are otherwise exempt, or confidential <br />and exempt, from public record disclosure unless specifically authorized by law.
