Section 8. Dispute Resolution. <br /> The Parties shall use their best efforts to resolve any disputes under this <br /> Agreement amicably, in an informal manner, without resorting to litigation. If the Parties <br /> are unable to resolve the dispute in a mutually acceptable manner, either Party may file <br /> suit for injunctive relief, mandamus, or specific performance, or exercise any other legal <br /> or equitable remedies to enforce the obligations and covenants in this Agreement. <br /> Section 9. Amendment. <br /> This Agreement may be amended only by a written document that is signed by <br /> both Parties and approved by each Party's Board, except: (a) as otherwise provided in <br /> Section 6.3, above; and (b) the list of Program Materials in Exhibit "A" may be amended <br /> with the written consent of the County Administrators for Indian River and St. Lucie, <br /> without obtaining the approval of the Board for either Party. <br /> Section 10.
