In addition to providing visitor services
once visitors arrive to our area, we also market our destination to attract potential visitors to the Sebastian
River Area and Indian River County by promoting our natural and recreation resources that make our
area so unique. We produce promotional videos, digital, print, social media, email and retargeting
campaigns to reach our target audiences while working collaboratively with and on behalf of our tourism
partners to put heads on beds. Our 2019/2020 marketing plans include expanding our existing programs
to increasing our destinations awareness domestically and internationally, continuing to promote
ecotourism, focusing on driving more visitation during the months of May -October, promoting our meeting
space and mid -week business, along with offering new services and amenities to our visitors to enhance
their experiences, not only prior to their arrival but once they arrive to our destination.
1_-)Ui11111a1 y rXcNUL
Amount requested from Indian River County for 2019/2020: $165,002.00
Total Proposed Program budget for 2019/2020: $165,002.00
Percent of total Program budget: 100%
Current Funding (2018/2019) $98,729.00
Dollar increase / (decrease) in request: $66,273.00
Percent increase / decrease in request: 67%
EXHIBIT A
