RESOLUTION NO. 2019 - <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, RELEASING PORTIONS <br />OF CONSERVATION EASEMENTS ON LOTS 1, 2, AND 5 OF WINDSOR PLAT 9 PD <br />SUBDIVISION <br />WHEREAS, Indian River County has an interest in conservation easements on Lots 1, 2 and 5 of <br />Windsor Plat 9 PD Subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, Windsor Properties, owner of Lots 1 and 2 and representing Lot 5, has made application <br />to Indian River County requesting that the County partially release the easements; and <br />WHEREAS, the retention of portions of the easements, as described below, serves no public purpose; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River <br />County, Florida that: <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY DOES HEREBY RELEASE and abandon all right, title, and interest <br />that it may have in the following described easement portions: <br />SEE ATTACHED EXHIBIT A <br />This partial release of easements is executed by Indian River County, a political subdivision of the <br />State of Florida, whose mailing address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, Florida 32960. <br />THIS RESOLUTION was moved for adoption by Commissioner , seconded by <br />Commissioner , and adopted on the day of 12019, <br />by the following vote: <br />Chairman Bob Solari <br />Vice -Chairman Susan Adams <br />Commissioner Joseph E.
