PROCLAMATIONS and PRESENTATIONS <br />5. A. 19-0899 Presentation of Proclamation Designating October, 2019, As Manufacturing Month <br />in Indian River County, Florida <br />Recommended Action: Recommend Read and Present <br />Attachments: Proclamation <br />Commissioner O'Bryan read and presented the Proclamation to Helene Caseltine, <br />Economic Development Director of the Indian River County Chamber of <br />Commerce (IRCCOC). <br />Ms. Caseltine, thanked the Board for recognizing the importance that <br />manufacturing has on our community, and for designating October 2019 as <br />Manufacturing Month in Indian River County. She introduced the IRCCOC board <br />members and local business members, and went on to say that the IRCCOC would <br />be hosting their annual signature event, "Industry Appreciation Awards", on <br />October 29, 2019 at the Indian River State College Richardson Center. <br />Indian River County Florida Page 1 <br />
