This program provides funding to <br /> participating jurisdictions for the partial reimbursement of costs incurred by incarcerating undocumented <br /> criminal aliens in their correctional facilities. <br /> I am pleased to inform you that through the efforts of my staff and the use of the consulting firm of <br /> Justice Benefits,Inc.
