Funds in the amount of $750,000 for the first year of site improvements are budgeted in the SWDD Landfill Other Improvements Capital account, which is funded from SWDD assessments and user fees. The optional one-year renewal for concrete crushing services for years two through six would be recommended for future budget approvals in the SWDD Landfill Other Professional Services account.
