All information
provided herein is hereby incorporated into the bid documents.
The following questions have been received:
Question 1. Loblolly Bay Trees that are listed on the plant list. I am unable to find these in Florida.
Is there a nursery name where to find them or a suggested alternative?.
Answer 1. While nurseries currently may currently be out of stock the Contractor should
have adequate time to arrange for this particular plant to be provided when.
required during construction and therefore this plant should be used for bidding.
if there is a statewide shortage/unavailability of the plant at the time of order
for the successful bidder the County may consider replacement of the plant with
a similarly sized native tree (e.g. Holly).
F:\Public Works\ENGINEERING DIVISION PROJECTS\0853-43rd AVE 18th ST to 26th 5T (Arcadis)\1-Admin\Bid Documents\Addendums\Addendum
4\Bid2019073_IRC-0853_ADD-4-20191015.docx
