If no objections, questions, additions, or comments are received within five (5) working days from <br />issuance of the meeting notes, we will assume that our understandings are correct. The project will move <br />forward according to the bid plans and specifications and the understandings herein. <br />Project Number: IRC -0853 <br />Bid Number: 2019073 <br />INTRODUCTIONS /SIGN IN SHEET. <br />This meeting was recorded. <br />This is a PRE-BID MEETING; attendance at this conference by all bidders is MANDATORY. <br />Bidders must sign in before 10:00 A.M. to receive credit for attending. <br />Chloann Lawrence, FDOT joined meeting via speaker phone. <br />The meeting was called to order by James Ennis. See attached sign in sheets for a <br />list of attendees. <br />PROJECT DESCRIPTION: <br />The project will consist of the reconstruction and widening of the intersection of SR 60 and 43rd <br />Avenue and the widening of the existing bridge over the Main Relief Canal. Drainage improvements <br />will consist of structures, piping and retention areas. Concrete sidewalks, 5' wide and 6' wide, will <br />be constructed, utility relocations will be performed, landscaping, traffic and pedestrian signals, <br />lighting and pavement markings will be installed. Earthwork, erosion control and maintenance of <br />traffic will also be performed. This is an FDOT, On -System, County Incentive Grant Program (CIGP) <br />funded project FM No. 431759-2-54-01. <br />This is a FDOT On -System project therefore, full FDOT requirements must be met for construction, which <br />includes the materials testing. The MACS System will be used for recording sampling for all material testing <br />results. The Contractor will be required to meet full QC requirements set forth in the contract <br />specifications.
