BOOK 94 PACE 437 <br />Commissioner Eggert wanted to be certain that the Resolutions <br />call for authorizing the County Administrator, or his designee, <br />pursuant to her previous motion of February 21, 1995 and asked that <br />the Resolution be amended to reflect that addition. <br />County Attorney Vitunac assured the Board that would not be a <br />problem. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Adams, the Board unanimously adopted <br />Resolution 95-31 authorizing the County <br />Administrator to execute certain water and sewer <br />assessment lien releases on behalf of the Board as <br />amended to include the language "or his designee". <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95-_ 31 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZING THE COUNTY <br />ADMINISTRATOR TO EXECUTE CERTAIN WATER AND SEWER <br />ASSESSMENT LIEN RELEASES ON BEHALF OF THE BOARD. <br />WHEREAS, the County, through its special assessment process, assesses <br />certain benefited property owners for water and sewer improvements; and <br />WHEREAS, these assessments are recorded in the Public Records of Indian <br />River County and are liens against the benefited properties until satisfied <br />by a recorded Release; and <br />WHEREAS, after each assessment has been fully paid, a release is <br />prepared, placed on the agenda of the Board of County Commissioners for <br />authorization to execute, and then recorded in the Public Records of Indian <br />River County; and <br />WHEREAS, it would be beneficial to streamline this process by having the <br />Board authorize the County Administrator, or his designee, to sign these <br />releases on the Board's behalf; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF <br />INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Board hereby authorizes the County <br />FEBRUARY 28, 1995 Ift - <br />
