RESOLUTION 95-32 <br />WHEREAS, it would 'be beneficial to streamline this process by <br />having the Board authorize the County Administrator or his designee to sign <br />such Releases on the Board's behalf; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that the Board <br />hereby authorizes the County Administrator or his designee to execute <br />assessment lien releases for paving, drainage, street lighting and other <br />improvements, provided that the releases contain a notary acknowledgment <br />and the signatures of the County Attorney and the Tax Collector. <br />This resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner Eggert, <br />and the motion was seconded by Commissioner Adams, and, upon being put <br />to a vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Kenneth R. Macht Aye <br />Vice Chairman Fran B. Adams Aye <br />Commissioner Richard N. Bird Aye <br />Commissioner Carolyn K. Eggert Aye <br />Commissioner John W.
