Richard Keene, director of operations -at Lifeline Medical <br />Services, Inc., stated that this action is acceptable to Lifeline. <br />The Chairman asked if anyone else wished to be heard in this <br />matter. The acquisition is proposed to buffer the eastern <br />border of the Pelican Island National Wildlife Refuge (PINWR) from <br />development encroachment.
