Boa 4 r -Au 423 <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br />The Chairman asked if there were any corrections or additions <br />to the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of January 31, 1995. There <br />were none. <br />ON MOTION by Commissioner Eggert, SECONDED by <br />Commissioner Bird, the Board unanimously approved <br />the Minutes of the Regular Meeting of January 31, <br />1995, as written. <br />CONSENT AGENDA <br />Commissioner Eggert requested that Items 7-E, 7-H and 7-I be <br />removed from the Consent Agenda for discussion. <br />A. Reports <br />Received and placed on file in the office of the Clerk to the <br />Board: <br />1. Indian River County Hospital District: <br />A. Financial Statements, September 30, 1994 and 1993 <br />B. Annual Local Government Financial Report, Fiscal <br />Year 1993-1994 <br />B. Proclamation/Retired Senior Volunteer Program Day <br />The Board reviewed the following Proclamation: <br />PROCLAMATION <br />WHEREAS, for the past ten years the Retired Senior Volunteer <br />Program of Indian River County has worked with over <br />55 non-profit agencies and organizations in Indian <br />River County to help in filling their volunteer <br />needs; and <br />WHEREAS, RSVP volunteers are senior citizens, age 55 or more, <br />who volunteer their time, talents, and experiences. of <br />a lifetime to the community; and <br />WHEREAS, in 1994 these* wonderful, caring, sharing seniors <br />contributed 110,000 hours of volunteer service to <br />Indian River County; and <br />WHEREAS, on March 8, 1995 the Retired Senior Volunteer Program <br />will hold a recognition luncheon for the 600 plus <br />members of this outstanding organization: <br />FEBRUARY 28, 1995 WE - <br />
