Time and Place (Second Reso.) <br />RESOLUTION 95-35 <br />2/7/95 (ENG) RES2.MAG\gfk <br />RESOLUTION NO. 95- �z <br />A RESOLUTION OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br />FLORIDA, SETTING A TIME AND PLACE AT WHICH <br />THE OWNERS OF PROPERTY ON 14TH STREET EAST <br />OF U.S. #1 AND OTHER INTERESTED PERSONS MAY <br />APPEAR BEFORE THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS AND BE HEARD AS TO THE <br />PROPRIETY AND ADVISABILITY OF MAKING PAVING <br />AND DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS TO SAID PROPERTY <br />AS TO THE COST THEREOF, AS TO THE MANNER OF <br />PAYMENT THEREFOR, AND AS TO THE AMOUNT <br />THEREOF TO BE SPECIALLY ASSESSED AGAINST <br />EACH PROPERTY BENEFITED THEREBY. <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County has, <br />by Resolution No.g r, _ 14 , determined that it is necessary for the public welfare <br />of the citizens of the county, and particularly as to those living, working, and owning <br />property within the area described herein, that paving and drainage improvements <br />be made to said property; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has caused an assessment roll <br />to be completed and filed with the Clerk to the Board; and <br />WHEREAS, Section 206.06, Indian River County Code, requires that the Board <br />of County Commissioners shall fix a time and place at which the owners of the <br />properties to be assessed or any other persons interested therein may appear before <br />the Board of County Commissioners and be heard as to the propriety and advisability <br />of making paving and drainage improvements to said property, as to the cost thereof, <br />as to the manner of payment therefor, and as to the amount thereof to be assessed <br />against each property benefited thereby, <br />BOOK 94 PA, <br />FEBRUARY 28, 1995 61 <br />L -dA <br />
