DeBraal - Deputy County Attorney <br /> DATE: October 10, 2019 <br /> SUBJECT: Resolution Canceling Taxes on a Property Purchased by the City of <br /> Fellsmere for Public Purposes <br /> The City of Fellsmere purchased a parcel of land and intends to use the property for the <br /> public purposes of stormwater retention and drainage. <br /> For this reason, a resolution has been prepared for consideration by the Board for <br /> removing the below recited property from the tax roll for ad valorem taxes for current and <br /> future years.
