RESOLUTION NO. 2019- <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br /> COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br /> FLORIDA, FORMALLY DESIGNATING CERTAIN <br /> COUNTY OWNED PROPERTIES FOR RIGHT-OF- <br /> WAY, AND DIRECTING THE PROPERTY <br /> APPRAISER TO CUT OUT THE PROPERTY <br /> DESIGNATED AS RIGHT-OF-WAY FROM THE <br /> PARENT PARCEL (SOUTH 115 FEET OF LOT A, <br /> HAMPSHIRE SUBDIVISION, ACCORDING TO THE <br /> PLAT THEREOF, RECORDED IN PLAT BOOK 2, <br /> PAGE 99 OF THE PUBLIC RECORDS OF INDIAN <br /> RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA) AS WELL AS <br /> EARMARKING ADDITIONAL RIGHT-OF-WAY <br /> WITHIN TRACT 16 OF SECTION 32, TOWNSHIP 32 <br /> SOUTH, RANGE 39 EAST, INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, <br /> FLORIDA. <br /> WHEREAS, on April 10, 2015 Indian River County purchased properties <br /> from Ronee Suzan King and Stephen Allan Block, for future road widening of 26th <br /> Street; said conveyances being recorded in Book 2837 at Page 1587 of the Public <br /> Records of Indian River County, Florida, and have site addresses of 5030 26th <br /> Street and 5920 26th Street; and <br /> WHEREAS, the intent of the County is to now earmark by a formal <br /> document the right-of-way portions, with the remainder intended to be used for <br /> future stormwater purposes; and <br /> WHEREAS, a sketch/description of each right-of-way has been prepared <br /> and is attached hereto as Exhibit "A"; and <br /> WHEREAS, a sketch/description has been prepared for the remainder <br /> property and is attached hereto as Exhibit "B"; and <br /> 36 <br />
