• <br />• <br />A-12. Compliance with State and Local Regulations. The HSVB will comply with State law and be <br />properly licensed and permitted for operating an animal shelter. The HSVB will comply with all <br />local ordinances in operation of the shelter. <br />A-13. Representation. The HSVB will have an employee representative present at the Emergency <br />Operations Center (EOC) during exercises and/or activations. <br />A-14. Emergency Sheltering. The HSVB will be available to assist with the intake of pets at the Pet <br />Friendly Shelter when activated during disasters. <br />
