Meeting Minutes -Draft September 18, 2019 <br />F. 19-0884 Proposed millage is 0.2568 (rollback rate does not apply) and proposed <br />budget amount is $4,551,103. <br />Attachments: RESOLUTIONS - land aca <br />- Open for public comments. <br />Chairman Solari opened the floor for public comments; there were none. <br />- Consider any proposed changes to tentative budget. <br />- Make a motion to approve the millage rate and adopt millage resolution. <br />A motion was made by Commissioner O'Bryan, seconded by Commissioner <br />Flescher, to approve the millage rate the Land Acquisitions Bonds -2004 <br />Referendum, of 0.2568, (rollback rate does not apply), and to approve <br />Resolution 2019-083, establishing the tax millage rate to be levied upon all <br />real and personal taxable property in Indian River County, Florida, for Fiscal <br />Year 2019/2020 for the General Obligation Land Acquisition Bond Issue — <br />2004 Referendum. The motion carried by the following vote: <br />Aye: 5 Chairman Solari, Vice Chairman Adams, Commissioner Flescher, <br />Commissioner O'Bryan, and Commissioner Zorc <br />- Make a motion to approve dollar amount and adopt budget resolution. <br />Aggregate <br />A motion was made by Commissioner Zorc, seconded by Commissioner <br />Flescher, to approve the budget of $4,551,103 for the Land Acquisition Bonds <br />2004 -Referendum, and approved Resolution 2019-084, amending the County <br />Budget Officer's estimates of receipts other than taxes and of balances to be <br />brought forward for Fiscal Year 2019/20209 and adopting a final budget for <br />the General Obligation Land Acquisition Bond Issue — 2004 Referendum. <br />The motion carried by the following vote: <br />Aye: 5 - Chairman Solari, Vice Chairman Adams, Commissioner Flescher, <br />Commissioner O'Bryan, and Commissioner Zorc <br />Chairman Solari announced the proposed aggregate millage rate of 6.1192, <br />and is 7.48% above the rollback rate. <br />No Action Taken or Required <br />Proposed millage is 6.1192 and is 7.48% above rollback rate of 5.6932. <br />6.
