WHEREAS, after examination of the nature and anticipated <br />usage of the proposed improvements, the Board of County <br />Commissioners has determined that the following described <br />Properties shall receive a direct and special benefit from these <br />improvement, to wit: <br />Lots 8 through 12, Block 3; Lots 5 through 8, Block <br />5; Lots 1 though 4; Lots 7 through 9, Block 6; Lots <br />1 & 2, Block 7; and Lots 2 through 5, Block 8; <br />Graves Addition to Wabasso, Florida, Plat Book 2, <br />Page 41. <br />HOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY <br />COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: <br />1. The foregoing recitals are affirmed and ratified in <br />their entirety. <br />2. A project providing for paving and drainage <br />improvements to 83rd Place, 84th Street and Tropical Avenue in <br />Graves Addition to Wabbaso, Florida; heretofore designated as <br />Public Works Project No. 8639 is hereby approved subject to the <br />terms outlined above and all applicable requirements of Section 11- <br />41, et seq. Indian River County Code of Laws and Ordinances. <br />2 <br />
