RESOLUTION NO. 2020- 023 <br />WHEREAS, it is the desire of the Board of County Commissioners to only <br />formally accept an easement for utility purposes over, across and under 75th <br />Court, and it is not the intention of the Board of County Commissioners to accept <br />the street as a public street, nor the maintenance of said street, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF <br />COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, FLORIDA that: <br />1. The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida <br />expressly and formally accepts an easement for utility purposes only, over, <br />across and under the 60 -foot private road right-of-way of 75th Court, located in <br />unincorporated Indian River County, Florida; said 75th Court is shown on the plat <br />of Citrus Hideaway Subdivision, recorded in Plat Book 10, Page 26 of the Public <br />Records of Indian River County, Florida. <br />2. The Board of County Commissioners of Indian River County, Florida <br />does not accept the road as a public road nor the maintenance for the road. <br />This resolution was moved for adoption by Commissioner O'Bryan <br />, and <br />the motion was seconded by Commissioner Flescher , and, upon being put to a <br />vote, the vote was as follows: <br />Chairman Susan Adams AYE <br />Vice Chairman Joseph E. Flescher <br />Commissioner Tim Zorc <br />Commissioner Peter D. O'Bryan <br />Commissioner Bob Solari AYE <br />AYE <br />AYE <br />AYE <br />2 <br />
