SECOND EXTENSION TO AGREEMENT <br />FOR CUSTODIAL SERVICES <br />This Second Extension (Second Extension) to that certain Agreement to provide custodial <br />services is entered into effective as of "02/04/2020 by and between Indian River County, apolitical <br />subdivision of the State of Florida ("County") and W&G Maintenance Corp ("Contractor"). <br />BACKGROUND RECITALS <br />WHEREAS, the County and the Contractor entered into an Agreement for Custodial Services effective <br />April 1, 2018, and amended on May 1, 2018; and <br />WHEREAS, Paragraph 4 of the Agreement contains the term and renewal provisions; and <br />WHEREAS, the first term commenced effective as of April 1, 2018 and will end on March 31, 2019; <br />and <br />WHEREAS, the second term commenced effective as of April 1, 2019 and will end on March 31, <br />2020; and <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the Agreement, the parties desire to extend the Agreement for an additional <br />one year period and add certain provisions to the Agreement; and <br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the foregoing, and other good and valuable consideration, <br />the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the County and the Contractor agree as <br />follows: <br />1. The background recitals are true and correct and form a material part of this First Extension. <br />2. The second and final renewal term shall commence effective April 1, 2020 and shall end on March 31, <br />2021. <br />3. All other terms and provisions of the Agreement and Amendment shall be unchanged and remain in full <br />force and effect. <br />
