RENEWAL OF AGREEMENT FOR FOOD CONCESSION SERVICES <br />'AND LEASE BETWEEN INDIAN RIVER COUNTY AND DI'MICHELLI'S <br />CATERING, INC. <br />This Renewal of Agreement for Food Concession Services and Lease Between Indian <br />River County and Di'Michelli's Catering, Inc. ("Renewal") is entered into this _ day of March, <br />2020 ("Effective Date"), by and between Indian River County ("County"), whose address is 1801 <br />27th Street, Building A, Vero Beach, FL, 32960, and Di'Michell's Catering, Inc., a Florida <br />corporation whose address is 857 South Kings Highway, Ft. Pierce, FL, 34949 (the <br />"Concessionaire"). <br />WHEREAS, County and Concessionaire entered into the Agreement for Food Concession <br />Services and Lease Between Indian River County and Di'Michelli's Catering, Inc., (the <br />"Agreement") which commenced on April 1, 2015; and <br />WHEREAS, the Agreement is set to terminate on March 31, 2020; and <br />WHEREAS, the Agreement can be renewed for successive one year terms for a maximum <br />of ten years; and <br />WHEREAS, County and Concessionaire desire to renew the Agreement for one year, until <br />March 31, 2021, under the terms as set forth in the Agreement; and <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises and other good and valuable <br />consideration, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the parties agree as follows: <br />1. The recitals are true and correct and are adopted by reference herein. <br />2. The Agreement is renewed until March 31, 2021, unless otherwise terminated as set <br />forth in the Agreement. <br />3. All other terms and conditions of the Agreement shall remain unchanged. <br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Renewal of Agreement for <br />Food Concession Services and Lease Between Indian River County and Di'Michelli's Catering, <br />Inc. as of the day and year first written above. <br />1 <br />
