94 <br />bong PA�u <br />PROCLAMATION <br />RECOGNIZING FELLSMERE'S <br />CRACKER PLAY DAY RODEO <br />WHEREAS, Fellsmere's Cracker Play Day Rodeo opens <br />Sunday March 5, 1995; and <br />WHEREAS, past rodeos have been going on as an annual <br />event since 1953 and provide the historical background for this <br />years event; and <br />WHEREAS, this event is a fun event for all the family <br />young and old, big and small; and <br />WHEREAS, this event attracts visitors from all over the <br />state and is a credit to Fellsmere and Indian River County. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, be it Proclaimed by the Board of <br />County Commissioners of Indian River County,. Florida that <br />March 5, 1995, is hereby proclaimed to be "Fellsmere's Cracker <br />Play Day Rodeo" day throughout Indian River County. <br />ADOPT.ED on March 7, 1995. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />OF 41NDIAVER C6 YBy <br />R.
