<br />All biosolids applied to the land or distributed and marketed shall be treated with a treatment process designed to
<br />reduce pathogens and achieve vector attraction reduction in accordance with the requirements of this section. The
<br />Department hereby adopts and incorporates by reference the pathogen and vector attraction reduction requirements
<br />of 40 C.F.R. 503.32 and 503.33, revised as of October 22, 2015^«ri1 9, 2007, and effective on December 15,
<br />2015AVfi1==P==='�, except for the site restrictions in 40 C.F.R. 503.32(b)(5), the septage requirements in 40 C.F.R.
<br />503.32(c), and the vector attraction reduction requirements in 40 C.F.R. 503.33(b)(11) and 503.33(b)(12).
<br />(1) Pathogen Reduction Requirements.
<br />(a) Class AA and Class A Biosolids. Class AA and Class A biosolids shall meet one of the pathogen reduction
<br />requirements described in 40 C.F.R. 503.32(a)(3), (4), (5), (7), and (8). For treatment processes permitted under 40
<br />C.F.R. 503.32(a)(5), a permittee shall not implement the provisions of 40 C.F.R. 503.32(a)(5)(ii)(D) and
