AMENDMENT 1 TO WORK ORDER 2018006-4 <br />SECTOR 3 BEACH AND DUNE NOURISHMENT PROJECT (IRC -1925) <br />PROFESSIONAL ENGINEERING AND BIOLOGICAL SUPPORT SERVICES <br />This Amendment 1 to Work Order Number 2018006-4 is entered into as of this 7 day of April , <br />2020 by and between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the State of Florida ("COUNTY") and <br />APTIM Environmental & Infrastructure, LLC ("Consultant"). <br />1. The COUNTY has selected the Consultant to perform the professional services set forth in existing Work Order <br />Number 2018006-4, Effective Date January 9, 2018. <br />2. The COUNTY and the Consultant desire to amend this Work Order as set forth on Exhibit 1 attached to this <br />Amendment and made part hereof by this reference. The professional services will be performed by the <br />Consultant for the fee schedule set forth in Exhibit 1, and within the timeframe outlined in above -referenced <br />Work Order, all in accordance with the terms and provisions set forth in the Work Order. <br />3.
