ATTACHMENT A <br />WORK ORDER NO. 3 <br />ARCHITECTURAL/ENGINEERING PROPOSAL 2019-44.1.2 <br />NORTH COUNTY LIBRARY ADDITION <br />DONADIO & ASSOCIATES, ARCHITECTS, P.A. <br />This Work Order Number 3 is entered into this 7 day of April, 2020, pursuant to that certain <br />Continuing Consulting Architectural Services Agreement, dated November 13, 2018, (collectively <br />referred to as the "Agreement"), by and between INDIAN RIVER COUNTY, a political subdivision of the <br />State of Florida ("COUNTY") and DONADIO & ASSOCIATES, ARCHITECTS, P.A. ("Consultant"). <br />The COUNTY has selected the Consultant to perform the professional services set forth on <br />Exhibit A (Scope of Work), attached to this Work Order and made part hereof by this reference.
