8-13.12 580-12 Method of Measurement. <br />The quantities to be paid for will be the items shown in the plans, completed and <br />accepted. <br />8-13.13 580-13 Basis of Payment. <br />Prices and payments will be full compensation for all work specified in this Section. <br />SECTION 700 - HIGHWAY SIGNING <br />A. Signing for traffic control shall conform to the requirements of the Standard <br />Specifications, Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices, Supplemental <br />Specifications, Roadway and Traffic Design Standards, manufacturer's <br />specifications. <br />B. Traffic Signs: All existing signs which are the property of the Owner shall be <br />transported to the Indian River County Road and Bridge Maintenance Yard by the <br />Contractor during construction if they are within the construction limits. Care shall <br />be exercised by the Contractor during removal, storage and relocation so as not to <br />damage the signs.
