<br />distance of 690.00 feet; thence South 0° 43' 45" East a distance of
<br />210.00 feet; thence West a distance of 690.00 feet to the Point of
<br />Beginning, lying and being in Indian River County, Florida; LESS
<br />AND EXCEPT that parcel described in Official Records Book 683, at
<br />Page 2829, of the Public Records of Indian River County, Florida.

<br />The name of the record owner of the above-described property is MNMB, LLC, a
<br />Florida limited liability company (as to a fee simple interest), and A to Z Home
<br />Management, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (as to an equitable interest),
<br />and Oak Arbor VB, LLC (as to an equitable interest),
<br />THIS LIEN is filed against the real property to secure the payment of Eighty -Five
<br />Thousand Nine Hundred Ninety -Six and 74/100 Dollars ($85,996.74), for the cost of
<br />demolition and removal of the nuisance structures.
<br />THIS LIEN shall, from the date of filing, accrue interest at the rate of five and
<br />three-quarters percent (5.75%), acv um, until the total amount, including interest, has
