The Board issued findings of fact, conclusions of law, and an oral order which was <br />reduced to writing and famished to the Respondent to take corrective action by a certain time, as more <br />specifically set forth in that order. <br />On March 25, 2013, this Board conducted a compliance hearing to determine whether the Board's <br />order of February 25, 2013, had been complied with. Respondent was provided proper notice of the <br />compliance hearing, but did not attend the hearing. <br />Based on the evidence and testimony presented at the hearing, this Board finds that the required <br />corrective action has not been taken as ordered and that there does in fact exist an overgrown vacant lot in <br />the RM -10 Zoning District, whichconstitutes the use of the propertyin violation of Section 403.10, of the <br />Code of Laws and Ordinances of Indian River County. <br />The Board's previous order, as amended, set forth a compliance date of March 22, 2013, and a fine <br />of $100 for each day the violation continues beyond the referenced compliance date. <br />IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT THE ABOVE DESCRIBED FINE IS HEREBY IMPOSED <br />AGAINST THE RESPONDENT(S) for each and every day the violation exists upon or adjacent to the <br />following described property, situated in Indian River County, Florida, to wit: <br />Location: 4730 40TH AV OFFICE VERO BEACH <br />Tax Parcel ID No. 32-39-22-00000-5000-00018.0 <br />Legal Description: FROM SW COR OF SEC 22, RUNS 89 DEG 59 MIN 30 SEC E, 935.5 FT, <br />N 00 DEG 43 SEC W, 1585.12 FT; TH N 89 DEG 58 MIN 31 SEC E, 60.0 FT TO POB, TH N 00 <br />DEG 43 MIN 35 SEC W, 210.0 FT; TH E 630.0 FT, TH S 00 DEG 43 MIN 35 SEC E, 210.0 FT; TH <br />W 630.0 FT TO POB. <br />beginning March 23, 2013.
