<br />This indenture made the 12th day of May, 2020, between Angela Hicks-Rosalia, an unmarried woman, whose post
<br />office address is P. O, Boz 442, Wabasso, FL 32970, of the County of Indian River, State of Florida, Grantor, to Indian River
<br />County, a political subdivision of the State of Florida, whose post office address is 1801 27th Street, Vero Beach, FL 32960, of
