COST PROPOSAL <br />As shown on the Proposal Pricing table below, the <br />professional fees and expenses associated with <br />the Indian River County Impact Fee Update are <br />estimated at $149,529 forthe update of <br />transportationi fire/emergency services, law <br />enforcement, public buildings, parks, and public <br />education facilities impact fees, which includes <br />two conference calls and three in+erson <br />meetings. <br />Tab M <br />Cost Proposal <br />This is a lump sum budget which includes all <br />services and necessary travel, and the County will <br />be invoiced monthly for the,portion of the work <br />completed. <br />A detailed breakdown of the budget is included on <br />the following page.
